EMC have been working with The AA for many years delivering creative, design and digital solutions for a number of divisions including AA Driving School and AA Signs, whereby a combination of traditional skills and online capabilities have been used to achieve reduced costs for the business.
The Olympic year saw EMC work as a key contractor for AA Signs to design the 'On Venue Signage' for the Olympic villages and arena's. We knew that this would become one of the most challenging job's we've ever been involved with especially as there were NO non-negotiable deadlines, just plain and simple we had to deliver on time.
Throughout the games we worked closely with AA and Locog, designing an on line signs ordering system which helped track the requirement and assist the studio at EMC with the design process. With over 500 different designs to create in a six week window, the entire project was completed on time and under budget, we're proud that EMC were given this opportunity and can look back at 2012 with great satisfaction that in some small way we helped the games run smoothly.

It's been a privilege working with the UK's biggest utility companies for the past 12 years and the changes we've helped instigate from the early days of building their first Digital Image library through to the complexity of the British Gas Outbound website gives us great insight to planning and delivering major projects for large organisations.
Our investment in technology that's the backbone of the British Gas Outbound website has helped sales growth throughout this period and this year we've done it again by providing the tools that have brought about an additional 10% conversion rate for e-mails and e-letters that get sent to customers on behalf of British Gas.
EMC maintain the websites that all British Gas Outbound agencies can access to assist with their daily sales activity, resulting in reduced cost per acquisition across the 9 agencies that use the web tools. Post Office engaged with us a number of years ago where we have been used primarily as a second tier agency, one that can respond to tight deadlines and provide the support required to get projects big and small to market on time and within budget.
