The growth of the Book People business has been rapid, we would like to think that we have played a part in enabling that growth to be effectively delivered. In an average year we will scan, retouch and archive in excess of 10,000 book jackets and output several thousand colour proofs and deliver thousands of high res print ready PDF‘s across Europe to their chosen printers specification.
By enabling the Book People‘s designers to have access to our servers we have helped reduce the timescales normally associated with producing catalogues, available 24/7 images can be accessed and placed in the design templates. We also have built automatic processes for creating the high PDF‘s and these are delivered at speed to web offset and gravure printers across Europe.
